As a Senior Data Scientist for Netflix Games, you will drive product innovation through rigorous measurement, experimentation, and modeling to shape how members discover and engage with games.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define strategy, metrics, and in-product experimentation plans that inform game positioning and discovery.
Develop robust measurement frameworks and causal inference approaches to accelerate decision-making and investments.
Deliver trustworthy, high-quality outputs and ensure stakeholders can rely on your analyses to guide the member experience.
This role is at the early stage of Netflix Games, requiring adaptability as the product evolves and your work guides its direction.
Requirements include an advanced quantitative degree and 5+ years of real-world ML and analytics experience, strong Python skills, and exceptional communication.
