Improve code performance and privacy compliance of service code, and explore Code Agent capabilities suitable for production environments to boost R&D efficiency.
Focus on advancing LLM-based code understanding and generation across real-world codebases, with emphasis on multi-language support and robustness.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers, contributing to publications and presenting findings at top AI venues.
Minimum qualifications include a PhD with top AI conference papers; strong programming skills in Python or C++, and experience with ML, NLP, CV, and LLMs.
Preferred qualities include excellent problem-solving, strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for technology; internship requires at least 3 months.
