Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding, with comprehensive documentation and benefits setup.
Manage payroll data with an external provider, maintain accurate HRIS records, and track time off.
Draft and execute employment agreements, amendments, offers, promotions, and offboarding materials.
Support immigration processes, visa sponsorship, and mobility programs for international assignments.
Lead and participate in HR projects (engagement surveys, compensation changes, trainings, HRIS transitions) to streamline workflows.
Partner with US and global HR teams to enhance the employee experience, ensure policy compliance, and deliver timely HR support.
