Business Development Manager – Defence

The role involves managing a portfolio of strategic opportunities, working closely with technical and leadership teams to develop winning business strategies. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and supporting bids and negotiations. The applicant should have experience in defence, aerospace, or national security markets, with strong stakeholder management skills and technical understanding. Knowledge of UK defence procurement processes and emerging defence technologies is advantageous. The role requires excellent commercial judgement, proactive approach, and the ability to operate independently. Occasional UK and international travel and relevant security vetting are necessary.
