Design, implement, and scale AI-powered services and features that connect enterprise data and systems with LLMs and ML models.
Contribute to solution design by proposing approaches, identifying dependencies, and documenting tradeoffs and implementation plans.
Deliver features using strong engineering practices: test automation, code reviews, CI/CD, and operational readiness.
Build and tune RAG pipelines (retrieval, ranking, grounding) and implement prompt patterns to improve reliability and user experience.
Instrument services with metrics, traces, and logs; participate in incident response and optimize performance and cost.
Collaborate with product, design, security, and platform teams; mentor engineers and stay current with GenAI/ML trends to drive continuous improvement.
