Own and advance the global ABAC compliance program, focusing on understanding and mitigating anti-bribery and anti-corruption risk across the organization.
Stay current on regulatory changes, enforcement trends, and industry learnings, translating these into practical risk management strategies.
Oversee risk controls, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust as needed to ensure controls operate as designed and manage ABAC risk effectively.
Analyze internal data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen enterprise-wide ABAC processes and controls.
Provide subject-matter expertise on applicable laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, AML) and deliver training and legal guidance to cross-functional teams.
Lead initiatives to forecast emerging risks, support digital tools for compliance, and drive a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
