Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Core Feed Recommendation - Singapore

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale ML models powering core feed recommendations and new user acquisition strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate insights into robust algorithms for retrieval, ranking, and re-ranking.
Run regular A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and iterate to improve acquisition efficiency and long-term retention.
Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end ML systems and partner with infrastructure teams to boost efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Lead projects across time zones, communicate results to peers and leaders, and stay current with advances in recommender systems and multimodal ML.
Qualifications include hands-on experience in recommender systems, ML, DL, NLP, CV, causal inference or multimodal learning; strong Python and/or C/C++ skills; and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet; prior experience with core recommender components is a plus.
