Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Core Feed Recommendation - Singapore

The role centers on implementing machine learning algorithms at large scale to optimize new user acquisition and retention signals within the core feed pipeline (retrieval, ranking, and re-ranking).
You will design, implement, and refine models with cross-functional teammates including product managers, data scientists, and product engineers.
You will run regular A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate algorithms to drive measurable improvements.
You will own the end-to-end ML system, from data processing and model training to serving infrastructure, collaborating with infra teams to improve efficiency and stability.
The role requires hands-on expertise in recommender systems, ML/DL, data mining, NLP, and related areas, plus strong programming in Python and/or C/C++, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
