Senior AI/ML Engineer

A Senior AI/ML Engineer is responsible for designing and developing advanced computer vision solutions using CNNs, Vision Transformers, and modern deep learning techniques. The role involves building scalable pipelines for training, validation, and inference, optimising models for both edge and cloud deployment, and contributing to software architecture and best practices. Candidates will work closely with researchers, software engineers, and clients to deliver innovative AI applications for demanding environments. Essential skills include strong Python and PyTorch experience, expertise in CNNs and Vision Transformers, and familiarity with deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes. A background in satellite imagery, defence environments, or similar sectors is highly desirable, along with a relevant MSc or PhD in AI, computer vision, or machine learning.
