Sr Supply Chain Productivity Program Manager

Lead the design-to-value Productivity program across the supply chain, transforming the function into a Center of Excellence with portfolio analysis, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
Partner with Commercial and R&D to unlock design-to-value opportunities that protect brand equity, ensure quality, and drive profitable growth.
Coach cross-functional teams to deliver productivity savings aligned to the annual operating plan, maintaining accountability and agile execution.
Establish and manage stage-gate processes and cadence for squads and SteerCo, enabling transparent performance management and informed decision-making.
Build data-driven capabilities, standardize value realization, and develop spend analytics, reporting, and process improvements with clear financial traceability.
Lead monthly stakeholder updates, support ad-hoc analyses, and develop project management capabilities to fill resource gaps and accelerate execution.
