Associate, Data Scientist

The role supports AI/ML and GenAI modelling projects across the lifecycle, including scoping, data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. You will work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact AI-driven business outcomes, perform QA to ensure data and model quality, and maintain clear project documentation. You’ll contribute to end-to-end delivery (training, testing, scaling) and promote GenAI methodologies, modern AI engineering workflows, and MLOps. Expect involvement in full-stack data science tasks such as data ingestion, feature engineering, model serving, and integration with front-end or application layers where needed. This position is hybrid, with in-office days determined by the hiring manager.
