Conduct efficient legal research and analysis to support tax controversy matters.
Prepare and review draft legal documents related to tax controversies.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines under attorney supervision.
Interact daily with clients and manage client relationships; collaborate with large transactional practices.
Requirements include 4-7 years of civil tax controversy experience, JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and bar admission or eligibility.
