La posizione
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients using Research Exchange Workflow products, including Submission, Screening, and Review.
You will manage client relationships, triage and resolve support inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
You will provide platform training and facilitate onboarding of new clients to Research Exchange.
You will ensure minimal platform disruption, foster positive experiences for end users, and monitor issue status and progress.
You will gather valuable client feedback to inform feature development and demonstrate the value of services.
You will collaborate with a global remote team, cross-train colleagues, and contribute to scalable onboarding processes.
