Engineering Data Analyst, R&D Operations - CDMX

As an Engineering Data Analyst on the analytics & data science team, you’ll build and maintain data products such as dashboards and metrics that power product and engineering decisions. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX designers to define the right metrics, create Tableau dashboards, and assemble SQL-based datasets that are accurate and trustworthy. At more senior levels, you’ll own strategic metrics, tackle complex questions, and help design measurement frameworks that scale. You’ll build and maintain dashboards and datasets, support key metrics and reporting, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to illuminate user behavior and product performance. You’ll define and develop new metrics with upstream data providers, ensure data quality with checks and documentation, and enable stakeholders through clear write-ups and training. This hybrid, in-office role in Mexico City offers growth into analytics engineering or senior analytics while you collaborate with a global team.
