Senior Cloud Engineer

A leading organisation seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to support the design, deployment and continuous enhancement of secure, scalable and resilient cloud and hybrid infrastructure in a complex international environment. The role involves cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, security, networking, and operational resilience with exposure to Microsoft Azure and AWS, as well as hybrid and hosting technologies. Responsibilities include designing and improving cloud architectures, providing expertise in cloud services, developing standards and patterns, leading Infrastructure as Code initiatives, managing cloud networking, and supporting cloud security and compliance. The engineer will investigate complex incidents and contribute to cloud migration programmes, acting as a senior technical SME. Strong experience in enterprise cloud engineering, cloud networking, security, automation, scripting and incident management is required. Relevant certifications like AWS, Azure or Terraform are advantageous.
