Senior Data Analyst (Coupang Eats)

Responsibilities include delivering impactful projects spanning the entire organization—from courier operations to merchant management—by applying deep domain expertise to develop analytical tools and data foundations. Take ownership of growth and health of the business, collaborating with stakeholders and leaders to identify opportunities and improvement areas. Deep-dive into operations and merchant data to identify scalable approaches, while applying understanding of business needs and priorities. Projects range from simple reporting and dashboards to advanced models to understand customer behavior and business trends, ultimately shaping strategic decisions. Communicate analyses clearly to stakeholders who may not be technical. Basic qualifications include 5+ years in analytics roles, 8+ years experience with Excel and data visualization tools, expert SQL/HQL, ETL and dimensional modeling, strong analytical skills and business sense, and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates may have an advanced degree, Python experience, and prior experience in e-commerce or internet industries; analytical team leadership experience is a plus.
