Compliance Lawyer

Provide guidance to partners, attorneys, and the Global Compliance Team on identifying and resolving conflicts of interest, considering legal, ethical, and commercial factors.
Supervise the workflows and daily output of at least two Compliance Analysts to ensure timely, consistent matter intake and conflict resolution.
Interact with all levels of US management to resolve conflicts or commercial concerns in the context of new matter intake, lateral hires, business development, and practice development projects.
Drive conflict issues to full resolution and manage a docket of 15–30 outstanding conflict matters at any given time.
Assist with enforcement and other issues related to global practice standards, including stock dealing, external appointments, bribery and corruption prohibitions, sanctions, AML, and cyber security considerations.
Liaise daily with Compliance Teams in other offices worldwide to align on conflict databases, directorships and trusteeships, and related contractual obligations.
