Senior Manager, Legal & Compliance

Lead and scale the legal and compliance function focused on product compliance, regulatory monitoring, and enterprise governance.
Develop and implement a product compliance framework aligned with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements; drive risk-aware decision making.
Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes (privacy such as CCPA, TCPA, GLBA; telephony rules; and AI governance) and translate requirements into practical guidance for cross-functional teams.
Establish contract playbooks, approval matrices, and a legal risk register; oversee vendor and partner contract reviews and negotiations.
Advise on key legal terms including liability, indemnity, privacy, data security, and regulatory commitments; coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
Partner with Product, Information Security, Partnerships, Finance, HR, and Operations to enable business velocity while maintaining governance and compliance.
