Commercial Lines Account Manager

Manage a book of commercial lines accounts from renewals to ongoing service, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor on policy coverages, contract compliance, claims coordination, and carrier communications.
Prepare proposals, applications, and policy documents, including ACORD forms, binders, certificates, and invoices.
Quote and remarket accounts, negotiate with carriers, and present competitive solutions to clients.
Maintain organized and accurate documentation in the Agency Management System, collaborating with underwriters, producers, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
Interpret certificate language and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a team-oriented approach.
