Carpenter Multi – Bristol

A large housing association and property maintenance company is recruiting an experienced multi-skilled carpenter for a full-time, permanent position in Bristol and Gloucestershire. The role involves carrying out various carpentry repairs within residential properties and other sites, including 1st and 2nd fix work, fitting windows, doors, and frames, as well as UPVC servicing and installation. Additional duties include locksmithing, fire door repairs, and fire stopping carpentry work, all following relevant regulations. The position requires technical proficiency, manual dexterity, and excellent problem-solving skills, with technical environments involving tools, van driving, and on-site repairs. The successful candidate must hold at least an NVQ level 2 or have five years’ proven experience in carpentry, along with a valid full driving licence.
