Construction Technician

Support customers and internal teams by providing accurate technical information and product specification guidance derived from architectural drawings. Perform construction system design calculations and quantity take-offs based on surface areas and flow data, ensuring alignment with relevant UK standards and performance criteria. Rely on precise drawing interpretation to identify all required components; accuracy is critical to manage costs. Communicate findings via emails and phone, respond to queries, and contribute to documentation, reporting, and project tracking. Occasionally visit sites to assist with issue resolution and support the introduction of new products or services. This role is office-based with occasional site visits, requiring strong numerical confidence, logical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
