Senior Data Scientist, Social Sharing

Own and evolve metrics, analytics, and reporting infrastructure for Moments and the Sharing domain on engagement and monetization.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and dashboards to support product health monitoring and deep-dive research.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to develop data-driven product strategies and measure the impact of new features, ranking algorithms, and distribution changes.
Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments) with a solid grasp of causal inference and measurement best practices.
Drive insights into user behavior, content supply/demand, and the effectiveness of sharing features in driving discovery and platform value.
Contribute to the long-term vision for social content sharing, improving creator ecosystems, safety, content discovery, and platform value through cross-functional collaboration.
