Lead Data Scientist

Lead the design, prototype, and deployment of ML and GenAI-driven intelligence products that optimize GTM outcomes. Extract and structure data from structured and unstructured sources to feed predictive and generative models. Partner with stakeholders to define problems, scope solutions, and drive execution in a consultative, iterative cycle. Experiment with GenAI (LLMs, RAG) and traditional ML techniques, including churn, lead scoring, CLV, and propensity modeling. Translate technical insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations and champion adoption of AI products. Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy scalable, production-ready solutions and continuously improve impact through experiments and A/B testing.
