Lead DevOps Engineer – Netley

The Lead DevOps Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring of DevOps engineers in a hybrid working environment. They will lead decision-making across the software delivery lifecycle, develop and assure technical designs, and ensure best practices in security and governance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, sharing expertise within the DevOps community, and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions using Azure, Terraform, and scripting. The candidate must have extensive experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code, and cloud services, and demonstrate strong communication skills. They will also contribute to the department's strategic goals, promote continuous improvement, and mentor junior team members in a technical setting.
