Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the design, build, and deployment of production-grade machine learning models powering personalization, search, ranking, and discovery at scale.
Drive monetization and user value through model-driven pricing, feature optimization, and behavioral targeting.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to frame problems as ML tasks and define measurable success.
Own the full model lifecycle—from data exploration and feature engineering to validation, deployment, and monitoring in production.
Run rigorous offline evaluations and design online experiments (A/B tests) to guide iteration and assess impact.
Collaborate with data and platform teams to ensure scalable infrastructure, low-latency serving, and long-term maintainability; mentor junior scientists and contribute to ML strategy.
