Estimator – Coventry

An Estimator is responsible for preparing precise cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects by analysing drawings, specifications, and documents. They collaborate with teams to ensure estimates are accurate and competitive, working closely with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotes. The role involves preparing tender submissions, budgets, and cost plans while participating in pre-construction planning and risk analysis. A relevant degree and over five years of experience in construction estimation are essential for this role.
