(USA) Senior Manager, Data Science

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to define, implement, test, and deploy risk-management decision strategies for fraud and performance risks on an e-commerce marketplace.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science partners to monitor emerging risk trends and translate insights into actionable risk controls.
Develop and refine advanced modeling approaches—including predictive modeling, supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and deep learning—to improve risk strategies and scalability.
Oversee model performance, deployment, and real-time decision-making, ensuring robustness and alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
Design rigorous test and measurement frameworks (A/B testing, statistical testing, model evaluation) to validate model effectiveness and iterate.
Provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and communicate complex results to non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
