Logistics Coordinator

Role purpose: Coordinate, organise and cost all site support and logistics deliverables for the current and future programme and manage dedicated suppliers.
Responsibilities: Organise laydown/on-site storage for incoming materials and assist with preservation of materials and plant.
Reporting: Prepare logistics reports for project teams and commercial management; contribute to cost estimates for temporary works and update teams on changes.
Planning: Maintain a Logistics Schedule with a Lookahead plan to facilitate project execution and ensure tools, equipment, and resources are in place.
Documentation and compliance: Prepare requisition forms for plant delivery, store/update logistics documentation, liaise with Environmental Advisor, arrange noise monitoring as required, issue PO requests and coordinate with procurement.
Collaboration: Add staff vehicle registrations to the whitelist and assist Senior Project Manager/Logistics Manager with additional arrangements.
