Commercial Lines Account Manager

Manage and service a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts, including processing endorsements and responding to client questions about payments and notices. Support designated sales staff and contribute to renewals, changes, and value-added services. Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Coordinate renewals and ensure timely follow-up, keeping tasks on track from start to finish. Operate in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and communication skills; require an active Property & Casualty license and at least one year of insurance experience. This is a full-time role with hybrid remote opportunities based in Bend, Oregon.
