VP Compliance Officer

Lead the bank's compliance program by developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and controls. Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits; monitor regulatory requirements; report to senior management and regulators. Provide guidance and training to business units on CRA, BSA, Reg E, Reg CC, Fair Lending, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Truth in Lending Act, RESPA, HMDA, FHA, Reg O, and USA Patriot Act. Investigate and resolve issues and complaints; stay current with regulatory changes; ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. This is a hands-on role collaborating with all functional areas and requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; prior CRCM/CAMS certifications are preferred.
