Quality Engineer – Oxford

The Quality Engineer shall implement and oversee the QA/QC management system at the construction site, coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation in accordance with relevant codes and standards. They will liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure quality compliance and facilitate audits. The role involves verifying site activities, managing non-conformance reports, preparing technical submissions, and leading quality meetings with site teams. The engineer shall monitor the implementation of the Quality Control Plan and support continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates are expected to possess a civil engineering or construction qualification, UK experience in quality roles, knowledge of ISO 9001, and audit experience. Technical skills should include proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management tools, with additional qualifications and project experience viewed as advantageous.
