Be part of a multidisciplinary team exploring the practical use of generative AI to enhance gameplay and player immersion.
Identify and adapt relevant algorithms (generative AI, retrieval, and classification) for production, including fine-tuning and integration.
Establish robust evaluation processes to measure impact and ensure quality, performance, and safety.
Deploy models on internal or external cloud platforms with scalable, production-ready MLOps practices, collaborating with project engineers.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications, communicating effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, and stay autonomous and curious.
Nice-to-have: experience with C++, C#, Rust; advanced LLM techniques (Tree of Thoughts), and model optimization (quantization, LoRA). Passion for RPGs or narrative games is a plus.
