Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you will build and own the end-to-end data stack from ingestion to analytics, designing scalable pipelines for product, marketing, sales, and customer data. You’ll partner with Engineering to support product analytics, experimentation, and feature measurement, and enable Marketing with attribution, funnel analysis, and growth insights. You will support Sales with pipeline forecasting and customer lifecycle reporting, and define core business metrics to ensure everyone is aligned on what good looks like. Establish best practices for data quality, testing, and reliability in a fast-moving environment, and make pragmatic tool choices as the organization scales. Requirements include 3+ years of experience, strong SQL skills and Python, experience with ETL and modern data tooling (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Segment), hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), comfort working with messy data and evolving requirements, and excellent cross-functional communication with engineers, marketers, and sales partners.
