Entry-level Accounting/Bookkeeping position in a manufacturing setting in Philadelphia, PA.
Record, classify, and reconcile financial data using ERP and Excel; prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, manage vendor files, and respond to vendor inquiries.
Support month-end close, year-end audits, and inventory counts as assigned.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Requires 1-5 years of bookkeeping experience, high school diploma, and proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
