Associate Director, Finance

Lead and govern global Record to Report (RTR) processes for costing, inventory, STOs, and Integrated Master Data across the organization.
Partner with cross-functional teams including BTS, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, VLOG, and Finance to standardize, automate, and optimize RTR processes.
Provide direction on Standard Operating Model implementation for changes in business models, new entities, and acquisitions, and drive RTR process impacts from projects.
Own RTR SOP governance, create and update SOPs, work instructions, and training materials; lead Continuous Improvement Requests (CIR) and ROI analyses with testing.
Oversee master data readiness for first shipments and inter/intra-company setups, and manage SAP roles and GRC access to ensure compliance.
Lead and mentor a small team, partner with Operations Finance to optimize plants and VLOG processes, ensure SOX/compliance, and drive standardization with policy adherence.
