Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the design and implementation of large-scale ML systems for personalized advertising and product discovery.
Develop state-of-the-art models using transformers, contrastive learning, embeddings, and vector search to power recommendations and ads.
Define and track key performance metrics to quantify model impact and identify high-leverage improvements.
Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams to align ML solutions with business goals and customer experience.
Own end-to-end ML lifecycle, including experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production environments.
Bring cross-functional leadership, crisp communication, and a bias for shipping impactful features in a fast-growth environment.
