Machine Learning Scientist II - Multimodal AI

We are seeking a highly analytical, action-oriented AI Scientist to design and deploy innovative AI solutions for the customer service team.
You will apply large language models and LLMops to transform complex challenges into scalable, AI-driven tools.
Research and experiment with state-of-the-art generative AI techniques, evaluate performance on benchmark datasets and real-world scenarios.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover data patterns and key features for model training; develop production-ready models with CI/CD, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Develop, fine-tune, and implement GenAI models to improve customer service interactions, including smart chatbots and agentic AI tools, with advanced prompt engineering.
Collaborate with product managers, customer service operations, data engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and establish evaluation frameworks for ongoing improvement.
