Machine Learning Manager - Applied ML (NYC)

Lead and shape the Applied ML program on the East Coast, defining the long-term vision and roadmap for enterprise AI solutions.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers, fostering ownership, innovation, and rapid delivery.
Collaborate with Product and executives to translate business needs into scalable ML deployments, pipelines, and reusable frameworks.
Oversee end-to-end delivery—from prototyping to production—on customer infrastructure, including customization and fine-tuning.
Drive model evaluation, optimization, and real-world validation across modalities (reasoning, code, RAG, tools, agents).
Engage strategically with customers as a trusted advisor, balancing technical feasibility with measurable business value.
