Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Risk AI/ML: EVENT

Lead the design, development, and deployment of risk-focused ML models to detect fraud, scams, and account takeovers at scale.
Own a critical risk domain (e.g., Scams or Account Takeover) and set the technical strategy for all models within that domain.
Architect end-to-end systems—from feature pipelines to model serving—leveraging advanced techniques (GNNs, LSTMs, NLP/LLMs) for real-time and near-real-time risk workflows.
Drive the technical roadmap and collaborate with Product, Ops, and Platform teams to translate ambiguous needs into concrete, dependable architectures.
Mentor senior, mid-level, and junior engineers while championing ML best practices, testing, monitoring, and scalable deployment (MLOps).
Balance security with user experience by designing context-aware friction (quizzes, LLM agents, or human reviews) and continuously improve defensive capabilities.
