Cloud Operations Engineer

Build, deploy, and upgrade real-time compute infrastructure powering the platform. Drive operational excellence through tooling and automation while ensuring continuous monitoring and efficient system performance. Configure tooling to scale capacity and accommodate future growth. Serve as the primary contact for highly sensitive environments and collaborate with global teams to ensure high availability. Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, provide user support, and participate in on-call rotations and weekend escalations. Bring a strong automation mindset with Python and shell scripting; experience with AWS, CentOS/RHEL, Kubernetes, Docker, and security/compliance practices (SOC, FedRAMP, HIPAA).
