Position: Production Worker, 1st Shift, in a food production environment.
Location: New Castle, Indiana (on-site).
Responsibilities include operating basic production lines, monitoring quality, and adhering to GMP and safety standards.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more and stand/walk for extended periods.
Maintain punctual attendance and adapt to shift schedules: A Shift 5:00 AM–3:30 PM; B Shift 4:00 PM–3:30 AM.
Earn up to $12.00/hour with a $120 weekly attendance bonus for perfect attendance.
