Data Science Architect - AI/ML & Decision Intelligence

As a Data Science Architect, you will design and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines to predict business outcomes and support decision-making.
You will build predictive models for renewal complexity, churn risk, and revenue forecasting, applying causal inference and optimization to maximize KPIs.
You will develop ranking systems using metrics such as NDCG to prioritize opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
You will define the architecture linking Agentic AI and Decision Intelligence, enabling AI agents to execute tasks while data-driven insights determine actions.
You will partner with renewal managers, sales operations, and customer success teams to translate business goals into analytical problems and present intuitive outputs to non-technical stakeholders.
You will deliver production-grade ML solutions using Python, Einstein Notebooks, Databricks, and AWS S3, accompanied by documentation like model cards and deployment guides.
