Pediatric Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 2nd Shift

Provide direct pediatric care in a private San Antonio household under a specialized nursing care plan. Monitor vital signs and report changes to the medical team. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and administer medications as prescribed. Maintain detailed care logs and documentation; ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment for the child. Communicate effectively with the family and healthcare providers and participate in ongoing care planning. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a 1:00 PM–10:00 PM shift; active Texas CNA certification is preferred, CPR/First Aid is required, and non-certified applicants may pursue an employer-supported CNA training track with lifting and transfers performed safely.
