Civil Litigation Attorney – Full-Time Hybrid

This full-time civil litigation position may be full-time or part-time with flexible remote, hybrid, or in-person options for real estate and business disputes.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other case documents with precision.
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare high-quality briefs, memoranda, and case analyses to support strategy and client decisions.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials while developing and implementing effective litigation strategies.
Maintain an independent caseload with strong time management and client communication, collaborating with paralegals to meet deadlines.
Qualifications include a Juris Doctor, active Texas license, substantial litigation experience in real estate, business, and contract law, plus proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw.
