Senior Manager - People AI Product Management

Strategic leader responsible for driving HR transformation through AI-powered and emerging technology solutions. Shapes and delivers AI & Innovation solutioning, Transformation & Process Excellence programs, and continuous HR process improvements to enable a future-ready workforce. Leads a team of Product Owners to design, pilot, and scale AI-enabled and automation solutions, optimize HR operations, and champion governance, data privacy, and digital adoption. Builds strong partnerships across HR, IT, and Legal, and collaborates with the PMO to plan, track, and deliver programs on time and within budget. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week in San Mateo, CA.
