Sr ACH Payments Product Manager

Lead end-to-end ACH payment product development, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for cash management solutions (ACH and checks).
Own backlog management and user story creation in an agile environment; prioritize capabilities and map business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—operations, legal, risk, compliance, design, and technology—to support product launches and go-to-market readiness.
Guide client discussions, deliver ACH-focused solutions, and ensure compliance with Nacha rules and ISO formats.
Coordinate FUT/SIT/UAT testing and production releases, monitor performance, and drive adoption through training and support.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging digital payment technologies (APIs, host-to-host, TMS/ERP integrations) to evolve the product roadmap.
