Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel provides broad-based legal support to the company's business and operations, serving as a trusted advisor on commercial, corporate, operational, and compliance matters in an asset-intensive, regulated environment.
Acts as the primary legal advisor for assigned business units, delivering practical, business-focused guidance and identifying legal risks early.
Drafts, reviews, and negotiates a broad portfolio of agreements—supply, offtake, transport, logistics, storage, services, maintenance, and procurement—while advising on contract structure, indemnities, and remedies.
Supports corporate governance, subsidiary management, policy development, conflicts of interest, ethics, and internal controls, with board and management reporting as needed.
Leads risk management and compliance activities, conducts internal investigations, audits, and coordinates with risk and HSSE teams; manages outside counsel, scope, and budget for disputes.
Collaborates cross-functionally with commercial, operations, finance, and HR teams; translates legal requirements into actionable business guidance and supports incident response and claims resolution.
