Business Development Manager, GMP Gene Editing & Biologics Manufacturing

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth in GMP gene editing and GMP biologics manufacturing services.
Prospect, qualify, and close new business for GMP-grade nucleic acid reagents (guide RNAs, ssODNs, long ssDNA, HDR templates) and GMP peptides/recombinant proteins.
Translate complex scientific capabilities into clear value propositions for R&D, CMC, and technical stakeholders; support feasibility assessments and proposals.
Manage the full sales cycle and maintain accurate forecast and pipeline using CRM tools; build strong customer relationships in cell therapy, gene therapy, vaccine development, and biologics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution; contribute to sales enablement materials.
Travel as needed (approximately 15–25%) to conferences and on-site meetings, and stay current on trends in gene editing, biologics, and related therapeutics.
