Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Visual Suite - Productivity Group (ANZ remote)

Act as a solution expert across ML domains including evaluations, training, inference, data pipelines, quality, and optimization.
Partner directly with product teams as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate technical challenges and design effective ML solutions.
Develop blueprints, patterns, and paved roads that enable other teams to adopt proven approaches and accelerate their implementations.
Debug and resolve complex AI issues, identifying root causes and sharing learnings broadly to raise the overall capability.
Balance hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking about scaling enablement impact across the organization.
Requirements include Python and ML frameworks, Kubernetes (K8s), data pipelines, model evaluations, inference optimization, and strong cross-team communication.
