Financial Data Analyst, Technical Operations

You will collaborate across engineering, product, finance, and partnerships to analyze billions of dollars moving through the payments platform.
Translate network specifications into implementation instructions to create billing models for new and revised fees (interchange and scheme).
Influence product strategy to minimize network costs and work with Product and Engineering to implement cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with Finance to prioritize areas for investment and explain trends in costs and margins with clear metrics.
Monitor and validate fee accuracy, provide explainability to internal and external stakeholders, and host education sessions to scale knowledge.
Identify and automate inefficient operational processes to reduce manual workloads and scale network cost operations through robust design, documentation, and training.
